Applying For Service — Applications must be made in person at our office

What Is Needed:
  • Fill Out an application
  • A Copy of a Photo ID
  • Proof of Residency — Another utility bill or receipt, a lease agreement, or a deed for the property.
  • Pay a Security Deposit — A deposit equal to twice the highest monthly bill, for that service location, which is determined using the latest occupied 12-month billing history. More information regarding security deposits may be found on the rules and regulations tab.
